Phenomenal work by Ben and his team on our complex roofing job! The workmanship was immaculate, the job finished a day ahead of schedule, and the team a pleasure to work with.Titan's efficiency and professionalism stood out from the outset. We received their preliminary quote, based on the photos and description we had provided, within hours of us sending them our request for quote. That preliminary quote was then promptly followed by a site visit, a confirmed fixed-price quote, and an agreed start date and schedule.The quote itself set out an extremely detailed scope of work, with supporting photos showing exactly how specific challenges would be addressed. That level of detail removed any uncertainties and gave us confidence before proceeding. Notably, the day after the job ended, we received a detailed completion report with numerous photos showing exactly what had been done.Overall, the work done exceeded our expectations. Unexpected structural problems (e.g. rotten struts!) were fixed at no additional cost, and every technical challenge resolved efficiently. The finished quality of the new roof and gutter was superb, and the site was left spotlessly clean.Best of all, Ben and every member of his team were a pleasure to deal with: hardworking, professional, courteous and friendly. Wonderful Scott then turned up at the time as arranged and made the necessary repairs including sealing off an old possum entry. Following a heavy downpour there was still a drip. Spoke to Sam on the phone at 9am to discuss the issue, outstanding service to try & get someone to look at our issue on the same day despite an initial 2 week turnaround. Had a very minor issue after job but the team was quick to escalate and give solution. They will not give invoice and will not mark the job complete unless the customer is satisfied. 100% truly satisfaction guarantee! Fair pricing as almost the same quote from other competitors.Additional: They were honest enough to give me a quote by just sending the report done by the building inspector. They deserve the 5 stars. Titan came out to repair our roof because of a leak in our down lights. We replaced the faulty part of the roof, but unfortunately, the leaks continued. Tracking down a roof leak is unfortunately tricky, and each time it would leak, Titan came back to inspect and repair within 24 hours. Our roof is now holding up pretty well (fingers crossed!)Unbelievable service. Ben is an absolute asset to the company and the integrity Titan continues to show is outstanding. I do believe that Titan plumbing is the best plumber in my area. Not just because of their quality tradespeople . They are a pretty big concern and they have an efficient administration, and that counts for a lot. Dan T. Was my plumber and he was very friendly, very obliging and did a great job. I have seen my fair share of plumbers being 68 years old now and repairing my own house and my daughters flat at times. I have seen quite a few plumbers during my time In Werribee. Highly recommend Titan Plumbing and Roofing. Titan Plumbing and Roofing were engaged to rough in plumbing and install fittings for my en-suite and main bath. High levels of professionalism, great quality of work, good availability and competitive pricing.Used Titan a number of times now and they are always helpful and great problem solvers. They worked efficiently and made sure emergency works were done properly. They also left my place neat and clean after the job was done.

Dealing with Titan plumbing was a very good experience, not what I expected after such a bad run of plumbers.It’s definitely the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with a plumber and plumbing company.Their only promise was that they would do the best to do the right thing and they did.No false promises, professional,great communication because always someone pick up the phone when you call,all staff was responsible for their actions on-site as they cleaned up after work each day, got along with other trades people on-site and accommodate for everyone’s needs, simply amazing.Victoria need more plumbers like Matt Wilson and Titan plumbing.We will definitely recommend them.Hadar& Agnes

Titan Plumbing and Roofing were amazing! Their staff were super friendly and responsive, they communicated with me the while way through. They also saved me a bunch of money, another company quoted hundreds of dollars for a replacement and Titan assessed the problem to be a valve which was much easier and cheaper to fix. They are honest, fast, responsive, thorough and I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

So delighted by the service we received from Titan. They've created a seamless model that offers a service which exceeds what you'd expected when hiring a plumber. Their scheduler Ryan is beyond amazing - and helped me through a really big challenge we encountered mid way through the project. To say he went over and above is an understatement - very much appreciated given I was project managing the reno. And our plumber Aaron was so wonderful. Once making a query as to the list of the work required, they contacted me and also sent us someone straight away. They sent me a quote in a hour or so and made an arrangement of the work on the very next day, which is unbelievable. Josh, the plumber did an excellent work for me and I'm really grateful. Had Titan plumbing come and find a gas leak. They also repaired and refit pipes and shut off valves to hot water, central heating and stove. Jacob was very efficient and also willing to explain the issues and solutions. Jacob was friendly, professional and considerate of us working from home.

Stuart came out from Titan, professional, courteous and friendly service. Recommended tap ware, explained what what he was going to do and all done in timely manner. Had handles, tap and breach replaced on basin and handles on laundry tub replaced and washers. When invoiced could not believe how cheap it was, had planned on it being so much more. Amazing recommend fully.

I found Titan Plumbing and Roofing randomly online and am so glad that I did! Our apartment complex (one block of 6 apartments) had some water leaking in through the external windows in a couple of the apartments. Titan Plumbing and Roofing came out to assess the situation and quickly found the problem. Over two days they installed flashing over the top and sides of the external window frames of all windows along the affected sides of the building. The flashing looks wonderful and none of the apartments have had a leak since. The team from Titan Plumbing and Roofing were so professional and took so much pride in their work. We overheard the workers (both young men) talking to each other about how long they thought the job would take and one said to the other "however long it takes - I want to do a great job on this". They noticed a scratch on one of the panels (we hadn't even noticed it) and without telling us came back another day and replaced the whole thing free of charge (over 4-5 metres long). SO impressed! It is so rare to find tradesmen who take so much pride in their work and are so professional. I highly recommend Titan Plumbing and Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

We had a leak in roof which we could not identify to fix but Matt came out and gave us an incredibly competitive quote and his team were able to repair our roof and do a marvelous job of it. We’ve needed Titan for 3 jobs in the last 12 months and they've done a super job every time. The latest job was a burst pipe from the water mains into the house. Sounds bad doesn’t it? I was very anxious about it, thinking it would require a huge amount of work to fix. But Jake knew exactly what he was looking for, and was able to get the whole thing done in about 2 hours. And that included having to cut through concrete, brick and render! I was amazed! He knew exactly what he was doing and was really quick, clean and efficient. Yet again, super happy with the quality of workmanship and service from Titan!

Matt Wilson ran up the street to ensure he met me at the agreed time. He asked Scott to carry out work at my house and he was a delight to deal with. He saw immediately what the job required, used Google to check out the specs of the hot water unit and Rinnai wall heater so that he could position the gas and water outlets perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and he was a perfectionist in fitting off all the plumbing items.CheersJim

The work Scott has completed has been first class, he has been very clear in his communications with me prior to the work in the morning and then going over everything once it was done, answering any questions I had and making sure that everything was satisfactory. Provided a thorough and knowledgeable assessment of the roof issues, along with realistic options and next steps. Knew his stuff, was able to ID the possible cause quickly, and communicated in a down to earth way which I appreciated. While further work needs to be done, some temporary repairs were able to be made on the spot.

My appointment was confirmed & got a courtesy call when Clint was delayed at his previous job which was nice. Arrived within reasonable time & respectfully removed his work boots prior entering my property. He identified the problem, fixed it but before leaving he tested his work by running water to make sure the leak was fixed. Good manners & pleasant & I am happy with his service.

From my initial phone query with Titan, to the quote, to the delivery of service, my whole experience was extremely professional and seamless.
